Chapter 6 Component Guide

Parametric Equalizer (PEQ)

Boosts or cuts signals within specified frequencies. In both the Mono group and Stereo group there
are 2 band, 3 band, 4 band, 6 band, and 8 band components available.
Mono channel PEQs have one input and one output each. Stereo channel PEQs have two inputs and
two outputs each. The number of bands varies depending on the component, but all share a common
configuration in the component editor.

Function
Displays the equalizer effect.
You can change the parameter by dragging
the control point with the mouse.
Function
Sets the input signal level.
Reverses the phase of the input signal.
Select the filter type from the menu.
Sets the band width for each frequency
band.
Sets the frequency for each band.
Sets the level of the frequency that will be
changed.
Turns ON bypass for each band.
