1. Insert the ROM MUSIC BOOK into the socket.
Insert the ROM chip (on the lower right corner of the final page of the
ROM MUSIC BOOK) into the Clavinova socket.
2. Select a song for playback.
3. Now press the rhythm START button.
After the intro count, the perform-
ance will start. The guide lamps
above the keys will flash while the
right and left hand parts are being
played automatically, and will stop
when the song ends. To stop during
playback, press the STOP button.

[LAMP CANCEL]
All Guide Lamps will be cancelled (OFF) when this
button is pressed.

[Selective Playback]
With the ROM MUSIC BOOK you can play back three
parts individually or in any combination: ORCHESTRA,
LEFT, and RIGHT.
Left hand part: Setting the LEFT ON button to OFF
will cancel the Left Hand part.
Corr ON
Right hand part: Setting the RIGHT ON button to
OFF will cancel the Right Hand part.
Content ON
Orchestra part: Setting ORCHESTRA ON button to
OFF will cancel all Orchestra parts.

@ The speed of the playback can be adjusted by
the TEMPO button after playback has begun.
@ The rhythm pattern can be varied during playback by
selecting another rhythm.
