Maintenance

Checking the Tire Pressure

Service Interval: Every 50 hours
Check the pressure after every 50 operating hours or monthly,
whichever occurs first
Maintain the air pressure in the front and rear tires. The
correct air pressure is 124 kPa (18 psi) in the rear tires and
172 kPa (25 psi) in the caster wheels. Uneven tire pressure
can cause an uneven cut. Check the tires when they are cold
to get the most accurate pressure reading.
Replacing the Caster Wheels
and Bearings
1. Obtain a new caster wheel assembly, cone bearings, and
bearing seals from your Authorized Toro Distributor.
2. Remove the locknut from the bolt holding the caster
wheel assembly between the caster fork
