Speed Calibration Procedure
This procedure must be followed when replacing KW712926 – Control PCB Assembly.
The machine to be tested must have all parts (bowl, heatguard, slow speed outlet cover,
medium/high speed outlets cover) in place and the temperature and speed control knobs
must be set to '0'.
Depending on the market, the temperature control dial may be calibrated in Deg C or Deg F
the keys to press are the same in both cases.
To start the speed calibration mode, simultaneously press the keys highlighted whilst
powering up the machine.
When powered up, all the LCD segments turn on, and the temperature and
speed LEDs turn on for 2 seconds. Check all the LCD characters, temperature
and speed LEDs light up correctly. Press the 'FOLD' button to progress to the
next step.
"c - : - -" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Press the 'FOLD' button to progress to the next step.
"c - : - 3" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Turn the speed control knob to stir setting
progress to the next step.
"c - : - 2" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Turn the speed control knob to stir setting
progress to the next step.
"c - : - 1" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Turn the speed control knob to stir setting
progress to the next step.
"c - : 0" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Turn the speed control knob to 0. Press the 'FOLD' button to progress to the
next step.
"c - : Lo" is displayed on the LCD screen.
Turn the speed control knob to min. Press the 'FOLD' button to progress to the
next step.
