This SLEEPsense is warranted for the period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase, against defective
materials and workmanship. In the event a warranty service is required, you are advised to contact the Samsung
Customer Support Centre. Samsung Authorised Dealers and Authorised Service Centres in other EC Countries will
comply with the warranty on the terms issued to purchasers in the country concerned. Further support, details of

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty is only valid if, a defect arises and is reported within the warranty period , the original invoice or
sales slip or confirmation and the serial number on the product has not been defaced.
2.
Samsung's obligations are limited to;
a) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
b) replace the Product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original.

This warranty does not apply to;
a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's use or the installation of components;
b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, transport, neglect, fire, earthquake, lightning, liquid, war, acts of
God, public disturbances or causes beyond the control of Samsung;
c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorised representative of Samsung or by a
non-Samsung authorised service centre;
d) non-authorised accessories used in conjunction with the Product;
e) a Product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability;
f ) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the Product, including,
without limitation, batteries, bulbs , cables or consumables;
g) a Product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose, in each case as determined by Samsung.
h) Periodic services, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
i) Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
