Congratuations and Attention Messages
On some mornings, a "Congratulations" or an "Attention" message will appear covering the pie chart,
indicating that a significant change has been detected in the sleep score or in one of the parameters that
assemble the score.
You can learn a lot from these messages: for example, check your diary to see if you consumed less or more
caffeine before going to bed, or maybe you went to bed directly instead of falling asleep on the couch and
then moving to the bed... all of these may have significantly affected your sleep and you can try to learn from
it as you continue using the app to track your sleep.
