Troubleshooting
Symptom1. The SLEEPsense is not working at all. (No changes on the SLEEPsense App screen.)
Check if the power is connected to the SLEEPsense and the green LED on the SLEEPsense is on.
Check if the SLEEPsense is connected to your smartphone (by Bluetooth) and the blue LED on the
SLEEPsense is on.
Check if the installation is performed according to the procedures described in this user manual.
Check if your mattress meets the specifications listed in this user manual.
