Operation
Minimum Requirements
WI-FI / 3G connectivity

Connection to the Internet (either by a personal home Wi-Fi router or via GSM(3G/LTE)) is required for tracking
sleep data with the SLEEPsense on a daily basis.
∙
If Internet connectivity is lost, data will be restored after connectivity resumes (within 12 hours of disconnec-
tion).
∙
Please note that the following features will not be available while there is no active Internet connection:
– Smart Alarm (will ring at the end of the range)
– Sleep summary, score, tip and graph (data will be restored after resuming of internet connection)
– Family Care
– Smart Sleep (A/C and TV control)
NOTE
∙
If you are not connected via Wi-Fi, running the SLEEPsense app on your smartphone may cause excess data
charges.
Bluetooth connectivity

Bluetooth (BLE 4.0 and up) connectivity is essential for recording data from the SLEEPsense.
∙
If Bluetooth connection is lost or not activated on your smartphone, there will be no option to restore any data.

Both iOS and Android devices are supported. Refer to "Compatible Devices".
