PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Tightening torque:
Locknut:
16 N·m (1.6 kgf·m, 12 lb·ft)
Wheel nut:
53 N·m (5.3 kgf·m, 39 lb·ft)
REPLACING THE SPROCKET
PIN
If an excessive load is applied to the driving
system, for example, when the Snowblower
is stuck in a rut, the sprocket pin will be cut
to protect the driving system.
If the sprocket pin is broken, replace it im-
mediately.
WARNING
Position the Snowblower on a level sur-
face.
1. Stop the engine, and remove the engine
switch key.
2. If the broken sprocket pin remains in
sprocket wheel or wheel axle, remove it.
