OPERATION
STARTING THE ENGINE (FOR
ELECTRIC START)
WARNING
Never operate the engine in a closed
area. Exhaust fumes contain harmful
chemicals such as carbon monoxide.
Operating the engine in poor ventilated
area or indoor could cause the carbon
monoxide poisonous.
1. Move the shift lever to the "N" (Neutral)
position, and make sure that both auger
clutch lever and drive clutch lever are
releasing.

2. Turn the fuel cock lever from the "OFF"

3. Move the throttle/choke lever from the
TIP
If the engine is already warmed up, it is not
necessary to move the throttle/choke lever
to the "START 1" position.
