SLEEP
To se t the T V /V C R to turn off after a pre set am ount of tim e, press the S LE E P button on the re m ote control.
T he clock will count down 1 0 m inute s for e ach press of the S LE E P button (120, 110, ...10, 0). After the sleep
tim e is progra m m e d, the display will a ppe ar briefly every ten m inutes to rem ind you that the sle ep tim er is
ope ra ting. To confirm the sle e p tim e r se tting, press the S LE E P button and the rem a ining tim e will be m om en-
tarily displaye d. To ca ncel the sle e p tim e r, pre ss the S LE E P button repeatedly until the display turns to 0 .

the two close d ca ption m ode s (ca ptions a nd full
scree n text). C lose d ca ptioning will display text on the
scree n for he a ring im pa ire d viewe rs.

If the sta tion be ing viewe d stops broa dca sting, the T V will shut off after 15 m inutes.

If using a n indoor a nte nna or if T V re ce ption is very poor, the C losed C aption D ecoder text m ay not appear.
