(Optional) Power-Off
1. On the home page, tap Shutdown.
2. Turn off the QF1 and QF2. (If there is only one power supply, turn off QF1 only.)
3. (Optional) If the smart cooling product needs to be maintained in power-off mode or
long-term power-off, switch off the smart cooling product circuit breaker on the PDF.

Checking After Commissioning
Check Item
No oil stain exists on the copper pipe thermal insulation foam or bottom
plate.
The needle valve plug is secured (torque of 0.45±0.05 N•m) , and valve
bonnet is tightened.
The foreign matter inside the water pan and bottom plate is cleaned up. □Passed □Failed
The air filter is correctly installed according to the airflow direction
marked on the frame.
Appendix A: Precautions Against Adding Glycol
Take antifreezing measures for cooling water pipes if the water-cooled module is configured in low
temperature environments (4°C). To prevent glycol solution from corroding pipes, corrosion
inhibitor should be mixed into the glycol solution. For details about the mixing schemes, consult
glycol experts.
Appendix B: Base Drawing
Shock absorption bars (EPDM rubber, 5 mm thick) should be installed between the ground
and the base.
You are advised to use angle steel or channel steel. Thickness of 3 mm to 5 mm is
recommended.
Control the welding process and avoid an excessive error.
The M12 bolts used for securing the cabinet to its base must be at least 80 mm long.
The base bearing capacity must be at least 2 t.
Connect adjacent bases in parallel using bolts. Ensure that each base is secured to the
ground through at least four corners.
