grounding bar
When the front of the cabinets is in parallel to the cabling direction of the lead-in feeders,
the feeders in each sector should be arranged in a row. The arrangement sequences of
all rows should be the same. When the front of the cabinets is perpendicular to the
cabling direction of the lead-in feeders, the feeders in each sector should be arranged in
a column. The arrangement sequences of all columns should be the same.
The feeder connectors should be prepared fastened in a standard way.
The feeders should be connected in a right way and arranged in the right sectors.
Make waterproof curves for the feeders outside their entry to the equipment room.
The feeders from the tower top to the equipment room should be grounded at least at
four points.
1) Within 1m from the feeder connector;
2) On the feeder at the middle of the tower;
3) On the feeder at the bottom of the tower;
4) On the feeder outside the feeder encapsulated window (as close to the window as
possible).
The grounded parts should be securely bound and well treated for waterproof.
The feeders from the roof to the equipment room should be grounded at least at three
points.
1) Within 1m from the feeder connector;
2) At the places where the feeders are led down from the roof;
3) On the feeder outside the feeder encapsulated window (as close to the window as
possible).
If the length of the feeder distributed on roof exceeds 20m, a feeder grounding clip should
be applied to the feeder on the roof.
The grounded parts should be securely bound and well treated for waterproof.
When the length of the feeder exceeds 60m, the middle parts of the feeder should also
be grounded by using lightening protection clips. The interval between two clips should
be 20m.
If the feeders from the building top enter into the equipment room through a downward
cabling ladder along the wall, the ladder should also be grounded.
The grounding cables of the feeders should be led from the top to the bottom. The angle
formed by the feeders and the corresponding grounding cables should be no more than
15
.

Terminals of the feeder grounding clips should be fixed to the corresponding nearest
steel plates of the tower.
The antennas & feeders installed on the roof without communication tower should be
grounded to the lightning protection grounding net at the nearby building top.
The grounding bar should be isolated from the wall. The grounding cable should be as
short as possible.
