Lubricating the Driveshaft

Service Interval: Before each use or daily
The mounting kit drive shaft has bearings and bushings that you must lubricate regularly. If you are operating the
machine under normal conditions, lubricate bearings with No. 2 lithium grease. Lubricate fittings immediately
after every washing, regardless of the interval listed.
1. Position the machine and blower on a level surface and lower the blower.
2. There are 7 grease points; refer to the mount kit service decal or
1. Grease the cross bearing on the machine-side driveshaft section that connects to the drive.
2. Grease the outer shaft of the machine-side driveshaft section.
3. Grease the cross bearing on the machine-side driveshaft section that connects flange bearing shaft.
4. Grease each flange bearing between the 2 main shaft sections.
5. Grease each guard bushing at either end of the blower driveshaft guards.
