Forgot the PIN
If you have forgotten the PIN, restore the watch to its factory settings and try again.
Open the Health app, touch Devices and your device name, and select Restore factory
settings.
Once you have restored your device to its factory settings, all of its data will be cleared,

so please proceed with caution.
If you have added a transportation card or an access card to the watch, the data of
•
these cards will be deleted once you have restored the watch to its factory settings.

Sound settings

Setting the ring volume

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Sounds
& vibration > Ring volume.

Swipe up or down to adjust the ring volume.
Setting the ringtone

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Sounds
& vibration > Ringtone.

Swipe up or down to select a ringtone.
Muting and unmuting

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Sounds
& vibration.

Enable or disable Mute.
Setting the vibration mode

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Sounds
& vibration.

Enable or disable Vibrate for calls or Vibrate when muted. Both are enabled by default.
System haptics

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Sounds
& vibration.

Enable or disable System haptics. When this feature is enabled and you rotate the watch
crown, you will feel the rotation.

Adjusting the screen brightness

Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then go to Settings > Display
& brightness.
