Restoring to factory settings
Method 1: Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list, go to Settings > System &
updates > Reset, and follow the onscreen instructions to restore the device to its factory
settings.
Method 2: Open the Health app, touch Devices and your device name, and then select
Reset.
After you restore the device to its factory settings, data of all cards, system, and apps
(including data of linked bank cards, access cards, and the eSIM) in your account and
wallet will be removed from your device. Please exercise caution when performing this
operation.
