Click Add Devices.
Log in as Advanced User. On the Settings tab page, choose Comm. Param. > NetEco
to set NetEco parameters and upload the security certificate.

NetEco server: IP address for the NMS server
Port number: If Huawei NMS is connected, set this parameter to 16100 by default. If a third-party
NMS is connected, set this parameter to the number of the service port opened by the system.
Address mode: Select Comm. Address or Logical Address. If the devices connected to the three
RS485 ports on the SmartLogger have duplicate addresses, Logical Address must be selected.
