Constant link scan

This function is used to keep the link scan time to a preset time period.
Set the constant link scan in "Supplementary Setting" of "Network Range Assignment" of the control station.

● This function is used to keep the link scan time constant even if the network line status is unreliable.
Note that, if the actual link scan time is longer than the constant link scan time, the operation is performed based on the
former.
● While this function is used to keep the link scan time constant, the transmission delay time is not kept constant by this
function.
The transmission delay time is affected by a factor such as a prolonged sequence scan time.
