Under Advanced settings, change the settings for Binning and Capture
area as required. See
information.
Tip:
When using IRlong, it is recommended to use a smaller, central capture area
for best quantitation.
To save the capture settings for future use, tap Save method. In the popup
window, enter the Name of the method and tap Save.
Tap Pre-capture.
Note:
To take an automatic exposure without predefining a region of interest, tap
Start, without tapping Pre-capture.
Tap the button to toggle between Point and Area measurement.
