Emergency Maintenance
Step 1 Check the settings of the program on the web interface or front panel and ensure that the
program and CAM card are correctly selected.
Step 2 Check that no hardware damage exists on the CAM card.
Step 3 Check that the smart card is properly authorized and it retains good contact with the CAM
card. For a card authorization exception, contact the customer for re-authorization or card
replacement.

exceptions.

Emergency Maintenance
Step 1 Check that the signal reception is normal.
Step 2 Check that a correct signal source input mode has been set for the display.
Step 3 Ensure that the scrambled program is properly descrambled.
Step 4 Ensure that the correct resolution, video format, and aspect ratio have been set for the device's
video output.

exceptions.
Symptom


Emergency Maintenance for ASI Output Exception
Step 1 Check that the backend signal reception is normal.
Step 2 Check that the correct reception parameters have been set for the receiving devices.
Step 3 Ensure that the scrambled program is properly descrambled.
Issue 02 (2012-12-05)
No HDMI and CVBS video is outputted.
The HDMI and CVBS video output is abnormal. For example, the images or colors are
distorted, or mosaics are displayed.
No IP or ASI signal is outputted.
IP or ASI signal is outputted with serious mosaics.
