Setting the Login Password for the Front Panel
To set the login password for the IRD6000's front panel:
Step 1 From the functional menu section of the IRD6000's web interface, click System.
Step 2 Select Secure Mode from Security Mode.
Step 3 In Lock TimeOut, set the duration before the front panel is unlocked if the password entered
is incorrect.
Step 4 In PIN Setup, set the unlocking password for the IRD6000's front panel.
Step 5 Click Submit.

To set the Biss password:

NOTE
The web interface's IP address, gateway, and subnet mask will not take effect until the IRD6000 is
restarted.
NOTE
The unlocking password for the IRD6000's front panel contains four digits from 0 to 9.

Description
Limits the number of times you can try entering the password.
If this number is exceeded, no more attempts are allowed.
If the number of times for entering the password is exceeded,
the screen is locked automatically.
AutoUnLockTime(minutes) indicates the duration before the
screen is unlocked automatically.
Unit: minute
If Security Mode is set to Secure Mode, a password is
required to access the menu for settings.
Standard Mode: normal mode in which the menus are not
locked
Secure Mode: safe mode in which a password is required to
access the menu for settings
If the password entered on the front panel is incorrect, you
cannot make another attempt until the duration set in Lock
Timeout is reached.
