Ensure that the network communication between the IRD6000 and computer is normal. The
IRD6000 can be connected when you ping its IP address from the computer, and you can
access the IRD6000 using the web interface.
Step 2 From the functional menu section of the IRD6000's web interface, click Upgrade, as shown
in Figure 2-12.

Step 3 Click Browse to find the IRD6000 you want to upgrade.
Step 4 Click Upgrade.
The upgrade firmware is written into the IRD6000's cache, and the upgrade begins. Wait
patiently for the upgrade to complete.
After the upgrade is complete, the IRD6000 restarts automatically.
Step 5 After the IRD6000 is restarted, restore it to its default settings.

Viewing Logs
The IRD6000 automatically records its operation conditions and save the major operation logs
for the latest three days. Technicians can then trace the logs and troubleshoot the system faults
accordingly.
To view the operation logs:
Step 1 From the functional menu section of the IRD6000's web interface, click Log, as shown in
Figure 2-13.
