Set the conditions to read code in the "Inspection Condition" menu

This is a preprocess filter for captured images. This is shared with
other checkers.
Select a code type to be read from 27 types.
Set the condition to read the code.
Bar code: Manual
2D code: Standard / Enhanced / Manual (Training)
Select a background color of the code.
It can be selected only for bar codes. Select the reverse condition of
the code, upside-down or left-to-right.
It can be selected only for 2D codes. Select whether to disable or
enable the quality check of the code.
Set the string to be output when a reading error occurs.
