7.18 Changing Recoil Spring in Pedal
Plate
Changing the recoil spring assumes the pedal
plate has been loosened, if this has not been done,
follow "7.13".

Loosen the screw for the pedal attachment.

Put in place the spring and refit the screw loosely.
