6. Pull the plastic protective sheath over the connectors
and cable at either end.
7. Repeat the procedure for the right headlamp.

1 Hazard switch
1 Direction-indicator switch
1 Connector lead

1. Remove the 6 screws securing the control panel to the
control pod (Figure

2. Carefully lift off the panel, ensuring that the connectors
to the existing switches are not disturbed.
3. Feed the longest end of the connector lead down the
