Symptom
Unit doesn't respond

Troubleshooting

Possible Problem
Plug the AC adaptor into a wall outlet and plug the connector
into the supply jack on the unit
Replace current battery with new battery
Point the Remote Control toward the TMX1, move closer to
the unit.
Extend the FM pigtail antenna away from the main unit and
adjust it for best reception
Replace with new batteries
Move C&P antenna away from the obstructed area
Make sure the antenna is correctly connected
If you do not receive all XM channels you have subscribed
to you should contact XM Satellite Radio
Verify that that you are authorized to receive that channel
with your XM subscription, and that you have not asked
XM to block the channel on your TMX1.
Nothing is wrong. These channels use a different
audio technology than the main XM channels.
