There is COMM. ST. No. setting for the setting the slave address in MODBUS.

Turn Switch-3 to COM. ST.
No. (position 13).
The current setting value is
indicated.
After showing current setting
value, all LEDs are blinking.
You can select new value
using Switch-4.
