6.5 Packaging

HUAWEI LGA module uses five layers ESD pallet, anti-vibration foam and vacuum
packing into cartons.
The following figure shows the packaging.

Mechanical Specifications
Module quantity per tray:
5 x 9 = 45 pcs/tray
Use vacuum packages;
five trays per carton;
module quantity per carton:
5 x 45 = 225pcs/carton.
