Description
Word data input from a slave station to the master station of CC-Link IE Field Network (For some areas
in a local station, data are input in the opposite direction.)
Word data output from the master station to a slave station of CC-Link IE Field Network (For some
areas in a local station, data are output in the opposite direction.)
A station reserved for future use. This station is not actually connected on CC-Link IE, but counted as a
connected station.

A station that monitors a master operating station when the submaster function of CC-Link IE Field
Network is used. Only one master station can be used in a network.

A number used to logically divide one network into multiple subnetworks and manage them easily. The
following Ethernet network systems can be configured:
