❏ Registering New Addresses
If an address to which you want to send an image file is not
registered in the address book, you can register a new
address.
For details on how to register a new address, see
"6. Registering and Editing Addresses" – "Registering a
New Address" on p. 71.
Hint
• The number of addresses that can be registered to Shared
Address Book (My Address Book) is up to 1,000 in
combination with the total number of addresses included in
Shared Job Button (My Job Button).
• Up to 100 addresses can be registered in a group.
• The available settings vary depending on the type of address (E-
mail, Shared folder, FTP Server, Fax, or Group).
❏ Modifying Addresses
Modify an address when there is a send error because the
information of the transfer destination registered for the
address is wrong or has been changed.
For details on how to modify an address, see
"6. Registering and Editing Addresses" – "Modifying an
Address" on p. 76.
❏ Copying Addresses
You can copy addresses and register them as new
addresses.
For details on how to copy an address, see "6. Registering
