Caution During Installation

CAUTION:
• Be sure to lift it flatly.
• After unpacking the reader unit, do not dispose of the package but put the
reader unit on the center of the package box to perform the operation.
• Weight of the machine is approx.14.4kg.
NOTE:
When installing the USB Device Port Unit at the same time, perform it after
step 21).
The installation of the USB Device Port Unit refers to its installation procedure
manual.

Check Items when Turning OFF the Main Power

Check that the main power switch is OFF.
1) Turn OFF the main power switch of the host machine.
2) Be sure that Control Panel Display and Main Power Lamp are both turned OFF, and then
disconnect the power plug.
