Find out the cause and ensure that the resistance
meets requirement. Then, go to

Power off the RHUB3908, and power on it
again after rectifying the board fault.
Power off the RHUB3908, and check the
power input again. Rectify the board faulty
and power on the RHUB3908 again if the
power input is normal.
End the operation.
Power off the RHUB3908 if the uploading is
not finished in 5 minutes, and check whether
the configuration file is correct. Power on the
RHUB3908 again after the fault is rectified.
