ALARMS
The OfficeServ 100 system is provided with software that self checks for any failures in hardware or
software and generates a fault error which is sent to an alarm report. At the same time, each station
with an assigned SYSALM (system alarm) key will ring and flash the key LED amber. Alarm infor-
mation is also displayed on the keyset LCD.
The station user can use the SYSALM key to view and scroll through the alarms. This silences the
audible part of the alarm at the station, but the key continues to flash until the alarms are cleared. In
some cases you may need to refer to your dealer or system installer for help with alarms.
