Possible Causes
1. The DIP switch is
incorrectly set for the
ambient T/H sensor.
2. The communications
cables to the ambient
T/H sensor are loose
or damaged.
3. The ambient T/H
sensor is faulty.

sensor fails to
communicate with
the NetCol5000-A.
2. Dirt or water exists
around the board,
which leads to a
detection fault.
