The machine axis cannot be used in an active transformation. You may be able to pro-
gram the function in a different coordinate system. For example, it may be possible to
specify the retraction position in the basic coordinate system or the workpiece coordinate
system. The axis identifier is used to select the coordinate system.
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Deactivate the transformation or use another coordinate system.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 illegally coded position programmed
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
The position number n specified with the keyword FP=n is not permissible. Two absolute
axis positions can be defined as fixed points via the axis-specific MD30 600
FIX_POINT_POS [n].
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Program keyword FP with machine fixed points 1 or 2.
Example:
Approach fixed point 2 with machine axes X1 and Z2.
N100 G75 FP=2 X1=0 Z2=0
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 axis %3 is no machine axis
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Axis name, spindle number
At this point, the block context calls for a machine axis. This is the case with:
• G74 (reference point approach)
• G75 (fixed point approach)
If a geometry or additional axis identifier is used, then it must also be allowed as machine
axis identifier (MD 10000 AXCONF_MACHAX_NAME_TAB).
- Interpreter stop
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Use machine axis identifier when programming.
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
Channel %1 block %2 NCK-specific protection zone %3 wrong. Error code %4
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Number of NCK protection zone
%4 = Error specification
There is an error in the definition of the protection zone. The error number gives the spe-
cific reason for the alarm. The following meanings apply:
