Users

Each of the users of the UC320W telephones should be defined in this task. Manual,

interactive, user creation can be assisted with the clipboard icon located over the

Voicemail column. Bulk user export/imports can be accomplished with the

Download (CSV) and Import (CSV) icons, respectively. The use of these buttons is

detailed in the online help system for the UC320W.

Users are created manually by clicking the "Create a User" button. Extensions in the

ranges defined previously in the "Internal Dialing" step are specified for each new

user along with a check box for whether a voicemail (VM) box should be created.
