Chapter 2 Installation
Before mounting, please make sure that the device in the package is in good condition and all the assembly
parts are included.
2.1 Ceiling mounting
Note:
Please ensure that the wall is strong enough to withstand three times weight of the camera and then
install the camera securely. If the wall is not strong enough, the camera may fall and cause serious damage.
1. Hold the base of the dome camera. Rotate the lower dome anticlockwise to take it down. Then, take
down the inner black lower dome.

2. Use the supplied drill template to position the holes on the wall where the dome camera should be
installed.

3. Attach the base of dome camera to the ceiling with self‐tapping screws as shown in figure 2.1.3.
Note:
Please use expansion screw first if the dome camera is mounted to cement wall. And the positions of
the expansion screws should match with positions of dome's mounting holes.
