3.4. MEMORY FULL

2G GSM Gateway Fax informs about the memory full level with a user busy tone.
Outgoing call:
Incoming call:
If during a fax reception the max memory level is overran, the call is aborted, the document received is deleted from internal memory
and 2G GSM Gateway Fax prints a Transmission Report with "Reception Error: memory full" information.

3.5. VOICE SERVICES ACTIVATION

2G GSM Gateway Fax is projected to send and receive Fax. In exceptional cases you can enable it for the voice services.
3.5.1. Fax & Voice services enabled
1. Hook off the phone and digit *1234# code.
2. Wait the configuration tone (continuous tone repeated twice), and Hook on the phone.
Now you can use 2G GSM Gateway Fax for Fax and Voice functionalities.

DESCRIPTION
A SIM problem prevent sending Fax
The memory where the device stores the sent
and received fax is full
The remote fax machine is busy
The called number does not answer or
is not a fax machine
An error is occurred during the transmission
An error is occurred during the reception
2G GSM Gateway Fax generates an "User Busy" tone immediately after the last dialed number to inform
the internal memory is full.
If internal memory is full the incoming calls are refused with "User Busy" cause and 2G GSM Gateway
Fax prints a Transmission Report with "Reception Error: memory full" information.
To send Fax add the "#" (hash) button before the user phone number.
(i.e. #0331263733 to send a fax to 0331263733 phone number)
For outgoing voice call is not required any special prefix.

To send Fax digit the user phone number without special prefix.
(i.e. 0331263733 to send a fax to 0331263733 phone number)
Voice calls are not supported.

of pending fax

Check the called number
Re-send the fax
Require to remote user a new fax transmission
