3G Lift 72H Installazione 2. INSTALLAZIONE Per una corretta installazione del dispositivo, segui i punti descritti di seguito, con il 3G Lift 72H spento. TEL1 TEL2 RJ11 ANTENNA Alimentatore Combinatore Telefonico 1. Collega l’antenna 3G/2G trovata nella confezione al connettore SMA/f. Avvita in senso orario, in caso di problemi non forzare ma rimuovi l’antenna e riprova. -

INSERIMENTO CODICE PIN Se il codice PIN di protezione della carta SIM è abilitato, ed il PIN non è stato inserito nel gateway, l’indicatore luminoso Status è acceso e dal ricevitore del telefono sentirai il tono di richiesta PIN: doppio beep ravvicinato ripetuto con una pausa. Per inserire il codice PIN puoi usare la tastiera di un telefono (imposta la selezione a toni DTMF) collegato al connettore TEL1 o TEL2. -

3G Lift 72H Installazione 2.6. BATTERIA DI BACKUP La batteria di backup è posizionata all'interno del prodotto. La batteria di backup ha le seguenti caratteristiche: - Li-ion Polymer 3,7V – 1400mAh ricaricabile; - la carica della batteria è garantita solo da 0°C a 45°C . Alla prima accensione, lasciare il dispositivo collegato alla rete elettrica per almeno 10 ore per una corretta e completa ricarica della batteria. -

INTRODUCTION Dear Customer, thanks for purchasing 3G Lift 72H. 3G Lift 72H simulates an analog line where the traditional fixed line is not available or where it is not convenient to take it. Thanks to 3G Lift 72H an analog telephone line is always ready and you can continue to use your traditional communicators without connecting to the fixed line, saving the costs of the analog line.

- Page 27 3G Lift 72H Installation 2. INSTALLATION For a correct installation, turn the device off and read the following instructions. TEL1 TEL2 RJ11 ANTENNA Power supply Communicator 1. Connect the 3G/2G antenna found in the package to the SMA connector. ATTENTION: Apply the magnetic base of the antenna only on metal parts isolated from GND. Use possibly the metallic form provided in the box , fixed to the wall.

INSERT THE PIN CODE If the protection PIN code of the SIM card is enabled and the PIN has not been set in the gateway, the Status led is ON and the PIN code request is transmitted to the phone line (double beep repeated with a short pause). Insert the PIN code using the phone keypad (set DTMF selection) connected to the TEL1 or TEL2 ports: 1.
- Page 29 3G Lift 72H Installation 2.5. ROAMING CALLS In factory configuration the 3G Lift 72H detects automatically the 3G/2G operator. If the device is installed near the State boundaries, it could detects the foreign 3G/2G operator, and the tariff could be higher during the voice conversations. To advise the user of this particular situation, if in roaming mode, on the device the 3G led will fast blink and all the calls are made unlimited.

Backup Battery features: - Li-ion Polymer 3,7V – 1400mAh rechargeable; - the battery charging is guaranteed only from 0°C to 45°C . At the first power on, leave the device connected to the power supply for at least 10 hours for a correct and complete battery charging. In environment temperature with new batteries the autonomy of device: Standby time: about 6 hours (*) Talk time: about 1 hour and 30 minutes (*)

LIST OF AUTHORIZED USERS: CONFIGURATION ACKNOWLEDGE MESSAGE When 3G Lift 72H receives a message, it will check if the message is coming from an authorized users, it will analyze the message; otherwise the message will be ignored. If the message comes from an authorized user, but the text message is wrong, then the device will answer with a NACK message.
