Cisco Small Business IP Phone SPA 303 User Guide (SIP)
Each extension of your phone can have a different ring tone. You can also create your own ring
tones.
To change a ring tone:
Press the Setup button.
Scroll to Ring Tone and press Select.
Use the Up Arrow key or Down Arrow key to choose the phone line for which you want to
change the ring tone.
Scroll through the ring tones. To hear a ring tone, press the Play softkey. To choose a ring tone,
press the Select softkey.
To reset the line's ring tone to the default, press the Default softkey.
Press Exit to close the screen.
Technical support personnel may need to view information about your phone or phone
activities. Follow these procedures if instructed to do so by technical support person who are
assisting you.

Viewing Status Information and Statistics

To view status information and statistics:
Press the Setup button.
