    Commonly Used Features PLACING OUTGOING CALLS When the phone is not in use: Pick up the Handset or press the “Speakerphone” button. Dial a 3-digit extension or telephone number. When you are already on a call: Press a Line Button on the right of the display. This will place the first call on hold AND give a dial tone to make a second call.
