Introduction
The T10501 Wood lathe Center Kit provides a
variety of centers for the specific weight, size, and
wood type of the workpiece to be turned.
This 9-piece kit is designed for a lathe with a 1"
x 8 TPI (RH) spindle and a tailstock that accepts
mT#1 or mT#2 tooling.
The included mounting adapter accepts the six
accompanying ⁄ ", 1", and 1

and multi-spur drive centers. The mT#1 and mT#2
live centers offer rigidity while providing ample
tool clearance. Two wrenches are provided for
tightening and loosening the mounting adapter
and drive centers to the spindle.

Assembly
This 9-piece center kit is designed for quick and
easy installation.
Select the spur-drive center according to work-
piece size, wood type, and moisture content. Spur
drive centers are best for soft or wet wood, while
shorter toothed multi-spur drive centers are ideal
for dry or hardwood.
