18. Remove air baffle.

17. Remove the fan cage as follows (see Figure 3-7):
a. Remove the five screws (three in front and one on each side) that attach
the fan cage to the chassis.
b. Tilt the fan cage forward and remove. Be careful of the light pipes at
the bottom of the fan cage.
The fan cage will be reused in the NetServer LXr 8500.
18. Remove the air baffle from the fan cage by unscrewing the two screws.
Place the fan cage air baffle on the table of items that will not be reused in
the NetServer LXr 8500.
