Insert two screws through the holes in the grounding lug and the grounding receptacle. Ensure that the

grounding lug does not interfere with other hardware or rack equipment.
Install the locking washers and nuts; tighten them to secure the grounding lug to the grounding

receptacle.
Prepare the other end of the grounding wire and connect it to an appropriate grounding point in your site
Step 8
to ensure adequate earth ground for the Cisco ONS 15530.
