PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Milk is not

WHAT TO DO
Use cold, fresh (or freshly opened) milk.
Do not re-foam already heated milk.
Try reducing the quantity of milk in the
milk jug.
Ensure the milk jug is correctly
positioned onto the power base.
Press the center of the START | STOP
push-dial to commence frothing. The
button surround will flash throughout
the duration of the frothing cycle.
There will be no movement inside the
milk jug for a few seconds due to the
soft start delay, then milk will slowly
start to swirl.
Increase the temperature by turning the
START | STOP push-dial to the right.

Stop operation.
2.
Remove liquid from milk jug.
3.
Ensure disc is securely attached to
milk jug.
4.
Refill milk jug with liquid.
5.
Add ingredients (if desired) slowly and
in small quantities.
Always allow the milk frother to
start for a few seconds before using
the measuring cap to gradually add
ingredients.
Ensure ingredients are in small pieces.
Adjust the temperature to suit your
personal preference.
Always fill the milk jug between the
MIN and MAX level markings.
To stop operation at any time, press the
center of the START | STOP push-dial.
Operation has stopped once the button
surround has stopped flashing.
