17.3 Current Derating

 How do I derate the current?

 What are the current derating characteristics according to ambient temperature and installation
conditions?
 When using a model that is checked with "✓" in the "Required" column in the table below,

perform current derating as shown in the graph below. When installing multiple inverters side-
by-side, the ambient temperature specification becomes -10 to +40°C.
 Set the output current value to be derated as the electronic thermal level [b012]/[b212] (refer
to "8.1.4 Setting Electronic Thermal for the Motor").
 If the product is used beyond the derating, it may cause damage to the inverter and shorten the
!
product life.
 When installing WJ200 series and WJ-C1side-by-side, follow the current delaying of the
respective models. Note that the ambient temperature specification when installing side-by-side
is -10 to +40°C also for WJ-C1.
