NOTE: Before performing this troubleshooting process, verify that the customer
has the newest BIOS version loaded on the computer. Also, check symptoms for
a defective microprocessor, memory SIMM, or RTC battery and, if necessary,
replace them. Refer to Table 2-1 for symptoms related to system board FRU
problems.
