Note: If neither BT nor Cable is set to Bypass, then the BT-
connected device is assigned the Unit ID as programmed into
the RAELink3 2.4GHz (as outlined in section 12.7) and the
Cable-connected device is assigned Unit ID +1. (Example: first
Unit ID = 1 and second Unit ID = 2, or first Unit ID = 6 and
second Unit ID = 7.)
