In the Personal Address Book tab, click Add Personal Address Entry. The entry
menu displays.
Enter the name, work number, home number, or mobile number for the new
contact. Enter numbers only; do not enter spaces or symbols. For example,
18315880220.
Select a ring tone.
Click Submit All Changes. The contact is added to your address book.
To add the contact to a speed dial number:
Click the Phone icon under Speed Dials.
Choose the phone number (office, home, or mobile) that you want to add as a
speed dial.
Choose the speed dial position to assign the contact.
Click Confirm. The Speed Dial tab displays.
To remove a contact from the address book:
In the Personal Address Book tab, check the box next to the contacts you want to
remove. To select all contacts, check the box at the top of the column.
Click Remove.
Click OK. The contacts are removed from your address book.
To edit a contact's information:
In the Personal Address Book tab, click the Edit icon in the row for that contact.
Modify the information and click Submit All Changes.
