Troubleshooting

Before asking for repair or making an inquiry, check whether the following apply.
Power supply
Symptom
• Pressing the start/stop button does
not turn on the power.
• The lamp does not light up.
• Pressing buttons on the robotic
cleaner and the remote control
results in no response.
Cause
Is foreign matter such as lint or hair caught in the side brushes?
The dust box or the filter is not attached.
Is the robotic cleaner exposed to direct sunlight?
Is the robotic cleaner on a black floor surface?
Are the cliff sensor dirty?
It is a malfunction of the bumper sensor.
Does the robotic cleaner run on a step, etc. and get stuck there? Move the robotic cleaner to another place.
Is the robotic cleaner unable to start operating by ON timer
reservation because the remaining battery capacity is
insufficient?
Is the room different from the mapped room, or is the starting
point of cleaning different?
Is the layout of the mapped room changed?
Is the LiDAR sensor blocked by a cloth or dirty?
Are there any obstacles with a height of 25 cm or more that the
LiDAR sensor can detect around the robotic cleaner?
Is the top cover of the robotic cleaner open?
Is a drive wheel derailed, or is a wheel separated from the
ground?
The robotic cleaner failed to return back to the starting point of
cleaning.
The robotic cleaner failed to proceed to the next destination
because it is entered a narrow passage.
Cause
Are the batteries installed correctly?
Is the battery capacity lost?
Is the power of the robotic cleaner turned off?
29
Remove foreign matter.
See pages 13 and 25.
Check that they are attached properly.
See pages 21 and 24.
Move the robotic cleaner to another place.
See page 10.
• Gently wipe off the dirt on the cliff sensor with a dry, soft cloth,
a cotton swab, etc.
• Check if the earthing line contacts to the ground.
See pages 8 and 10 and 27.
Press the bumper with your hand about 10 times.
→ See page 8.
See page 10.
When starting operation by ON timer reservation, make sure that
the batteries are fully charged.
Check the mapped room and the starting point of cleaning.
See page 17.
Perform mapping again.
See page 16.
Remove the cloth, etc., and care for the LiDAR sensor.
See page 27.
The LiDAR sensor requires obstacles taller than 25 cm within
the following ranges:
• 11 m radius from the robotic cleaner for mapping and mapping
cleaning mode.
• 18 m radius from the robotic cleaner for free cleaning mode.
Please place some obstacles taller than 25 cm in the area.
Close the top cover of the robotic cleaner.
Move the robotic cleaner to another place.
See page 10.
• If there are objects that obstruct the running of the robotic
cleaner, put the objects away or keep the robotic cleaner away
from those objects.
See page 20.
• If robotic cleaner frequently fails to return to the starting point,
turn on [Prioritize Homing] on the app. The time taken to go
back to the starting point can be longer.
See page 42.
• Check if there is a pathway of 80 cm or more for cleaning.
Check for proper installation of the batteries.
See page 14.
Check the remaining capacity.
Press the start/stop button of the robotic cleaner to turn on the
power.
See page 15.
